Use: It goes wonderfully with toasted bread, with walnuts, with soft goat's cheeses, with soft flower cheese, Manouri and Feta.

Information: Crystallization is one of the characteristics of honey. This is a completely natural process, during which the honey comes to a semi-solid state. It is a biological phenomenon of natural, raw honey, which does not change its nutritional properties. Crystallization is observed in almost all types of honey at different times for each variety. Honey is easily re-liquefied by immersing the jar in a pot of hot water.
Caution!!
Honey must be stored in a cool and dry place, away from moisture, light and heat sources. The jar must be tightly closed, as honey has the ability to absorb external odors, as a result of which its aromas are destroyed. We don't put the spoon we have put in our mouth back into the jar of honey, because the enzymes of the saliva alter the composition and structure of the honey.
